And what's more, our brilliant Defense Minister asked us all not to speculate because there is no cost borne by government because it was under warranty!!
And even prouder, and i don't know for what reason, is the DCNS who sold the submarine to us, that WE finally had the first ever submarine force. Seven months after we get the delivery of it huh, DCNS? Just how much we paid you?
Now back to our awesome Defense Minister.
First of all, the government money is OUR money, we paid the taxes and we, the rakyat, own the country. Make that straight.
Secondly, so what if there is warranty? It is not about warranty, it is about the submarine which was supposed to be a war machine. Why not i give you a gun that cannot fire, give you a 12 months warranty, and ask you to repair it (since it's free, under warranty what) and you can only fire the first shot in seven months?
Some funny anonymous chap commented in my last post on submarine that our sub is very new, this is first time in tropical water surely got problem, UK, Australia and Singapore subs also got problem, bla bla bla.
Stupid or what? Just because their taxpayers had no problem throwing money into the sea then we must follow suit?
By the way, why i have not heard about them before?
And our problem, including one of cooling system. What's that gonna do with the fact that it is a tropical water?
And so what if it is a tropical water? Water is too hot that the cooling system screwed up?
And the current defect which was recently rectified, called the High Pressure Air Blowing System, so you are saying our water screwed up the air blower?
When you paid millions, you expect millions worth of goods, not something that you keep but cannot use for seven months, stupid.
But anyway, now our sub can dive, everyone happy now? Be proud, Malaysia Boleh!! Maybe next time Proton can build a sub.
Opps, i forgot we got Boustead Shipyard. Maybe they can build one. That our tropical water will not screw up.
Maybe the anonymous commentor can be the director of the project, since he found out that our tropical water screwed up the subs.
For the time being, be proud, we got a sub, that can dive. Be proud like DCNS is.
Oh by the way, in February, the Navy chief said the warranty was extended to May, so please rejoice that come May, any problem will be borne by TAXPAYERS' money.
Nevermind, definitely our Defense Minister will have a good explanation shall we reach that stage.
